Monthly 4-Session Adaptive Recreation Program

What’s Included:

✅ Initial Assessment Session
We meet with you (and your caregiver if desired) to assess your goals, abilities, equipment needs, and comfort level before getting started.

✅ One Therapy Team Collaboration Session
A session with your existing therapy team (PT, OT, SLP, psychologist, etc.) to align your recreational program with your therapeutic goals. Any additional meetings will be discounted for the benefit of the individual. Ongoing communication with the team. 

✅ Four (4) Adaptive Recreation Sessions
Each session is 3 hours and completely tailored to your needs—activities may include skiing, biking, hiking, climbing, swimming, or other recreational experiences that foster independence and skill-building.

✅ Conclusion & Caregiver Wrap-Up Session
We meet with you and your support team to celebrate your progress, summarize outcomes, and provide recommendations for next steps.

✅ Progress Recordings & Documentation
You’ll receive a summary of all sessions, including documented progress, photos/videos (with consent), and recommendations to share with your care team.

✅ Goal Tracking & Customized Session Plans
We track your goals and adapt activities each session to reflect your growth and feedback.

Pricing (Plus Tax):

🎿 Ski and/or Bike Package
(Instructor Qualifications: Level 2 Adaptive Bike Instructor & Level 3 Adaptive Ski Instructor)
$1,925 + tax per month

🥾 Other Activities Package (Hiking, Climbing, Swimming, Rec Center, etc.)
$1,425 + tax per month

Our adaptive recreation packages are designed to be flexible and personalized to each individual’s needs, goals, and abilities. Whether someone requires additional support, modified activities, or a unique schedule, we work closely with participants and their caregivers to tailor sessions accordingly. Our goal is to create an inclusive, empowering experience that promotes growth, confidence, and independence while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
