The Adaptive Progression Program is a multi-week, goal-oriented training program for individuals who want to build confidence, skills, and independence in adaptive skiing or biking. Whether you're training for rehabilitation, personal growth, or a competitive goal, we create a customized coaching plan tailored to your abilities and aspirations.

What’s Included:

Personalized Skill Assessment – A full evaluation of abilities, challenges, and personal goals


Customized Training Plan – A structured, adaptive approach to skill development at your own pace


Certified One-on-One Coaching – Expert guidance in adaptive skiing or biking


Progress Tracking & Adjustments – Regular evaluations to refine technique and confidence


Use of Specialized Adaptive Equipment – Sit-skis, adaptive bikes, and other necessary gear


Therapist Collaboration (Optional, $45/hr) – Coordination with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, or other specialists to align training with therapy goals

Location:

  • Downhill Skiing: Available only at Norquay Ski Resort

  • Biking: Various trails based on individual needs

Program Length:

Flexible (typically 4-8 weeks, but customized per participant)
